Zulhilmy has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, Islamic capital markets and fund management, with extensive expertise in real estate investment trusts (REITs), capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory. He has held senior leadership positions across leading financial institutions and brings extensive experience in advising listed companies, institutional investors and fund managers on strategic transactions and capital market solutions.

Prior to joining JLG REIT Managers, Zulhilmy was Director, Group Client Coverage at RHB Investment Bank Berhad, where he advised corporate and institutional clients on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, strategic financing and capital market transactions. He previously served as Head of Investment Banking at RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, leading the origination and execution of Islamic capital market and corporate finance transactions. Earlier in his career, he held corporate finance positions at Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and gained fund management experience with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF).

As the Chief Executive Officer of JLG REIT Managers, Zulhilmy leads the overall strategic direction and management of the Company. He is responsible for driving corporate strategy, capital management, investment growth, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence, while advancing sustainable value creation for Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT and Al-Salām REIT.

Joon Kai has over 25 years of experience in property and asset management, with extensive expertise in shopping malls, commercial properties and mixed-use developments. His experience spans asset management, property operations, leasing support, pre-opening planning and operational readiness across large-scale retail and commercial developments.

Prior to joining JLG REIT Managers, he was part of the senior management team for the pre-opening and post-opening operations of Pavilion Damansara Heights and Pavilion Bukit Jalil, where he was involved in establishing operational frameworks and supporting the successful launch and management of the developments.

He previously served as Head of Asset Management at SP Setia Berhad, overseeing asset management strategies to optimise operational performance and enhance asset value. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Property Management at Eng Lian Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., where he led the property management function for a portfolio of shopping complexes, commercial properties and residential developments.

At JLG REIT Managers, he oversees the Company's asset management function, focusing on enhancing operational performance, optimising asset value, driving tenant engagement and supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT and Al-Salām REIT.

Isham is an investment and asset management professional with over 20 years of experience across institutional real estate, capital strategy and portfolio management. He has extensive expertise in acquisitions, investment underwriting, transaction execution and capital recycling across diversified commercial real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining JLG REIT Managers, Isham spent a decade in Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Malaysia's largest pension fund. He managed a diversified commercial portfolio spanning across office, retail, hospitality and other strategic assets, leading capital recycling initiatives, strategic asset repositioning and leasing optimisation programmes, with exposure to international REIT markets through the fund's global real estate activities.

Earlier in his career, Isham served in the investment division of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where he was involved in investment evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction analysis across multiple sectors. He began his career in engineering and asset management roles at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, covering infrastructure asset lifecycle planning, capital expenditure prioritisation and operational performance improvement.

As the Head of Investment at JLG REIT Managers, Isham leads the Company's investment function, from origination and evaluation through to transaction execution, with a focus on disciplined, Shariah-compliant growth initiatives that create sustainable long-term value for the unitholders of Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT and Al-Salām REIT.

Debbie has over 20 years of experience in capital strategy, corporate finance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and investor relations. Prior to joining JLG REIT Managers, she was the Head of Corporate Development & Credit Risk at Boost Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and ADC Capital Sdn. Bhd., where she led corporate development, investments and fundraising activities while also overseeing credit risk, supporting the growth of its consumer lending portfolio.

Her investment and corporate finance background spans across the buy side, sell side and advisory roles. Her investment career includes positions at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, ValueCap Sdn. Bhd. and UBS Securities, where she gained experience in investment evaluation, equity research and portfolio analysis across multiple sectors. She began building her corporate finance capability earlier at PwC, focusing on project finance and capital structuring, and started her career in investor relations at Tenaga Nasional Berhad.

As the Head of Investor Relations & Strategy at JLG REIT Managers, Debbie leads the Company's corporate strategy and investor relations functions. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, she drives strategic priorities, strengthens stakeholder relationships and collaborates with the investment team on the origination, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities.

Prior to joining JLG REIT Managers, she was the Group Head of Legal, Secretarial & Regulatory Management at Theta Edge Berhad, where she oversaw the Group's legal, corporate secretarial and regulatory functions. She previously held senior legal positions within the MMC Group, including at Malakoff Corporation Berhad, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd. and Zelan Berhad, advising on corporate and commercial matters, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance and governance.

She began her legal career as a Federal Counsel at the Attorney General's Chambers before joining private practice as a Legal Associate at Zul Rafique & Partners, where she gained experience in litigation, corporate advisory and commercial legal matters.

As Head of Legal at JLG REIT Managers, Nor Shakira leads the Company's legal function, providing strategic legal counsel, overseeing corporate governance and regulatory compliance, supporting investment and commercial transactions, and safeguarding the Company's legal and regulatory interests in support of the long-term growth of Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT and Al-Salām REIT.

Earlier in her career, she was attached to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer at Johor Corporation as Deputy Manager, where she supported corporate planning, management coordination and the execution of strategic initiatives across the Group.

As Head of Corporate Services at JLG REIT Managers, she leads the Company's sustainability, enterprise risk management and compliance functions, while overseeing the corporate services portfolio. She is responsible for strengthening risk management frameworks, driving sustainability initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the Company's long-term resilience and sustainable growth.
